Read my post on bellanaija website that won N10,000 on day 9 of  #EMILINKS my door story. Appeal Court upholds Nollywood actress, Ibinabo Fiberesima 5 years jail term

According to Vanguard Newspaper, The Court of Appeal in Lagos on Friday, dismissed an appeal by Nollywood actress Ibinabo Fiberesima challenging a jail term slammed on her by a Lagos High Court. Ibinabo was sentenced to five years imprisonment by Justice Deborah Oluwayemi of a Lagos High Court for reckless driving which the death of a hospital staff. She was alleged to have driven her car recklessly on the Lekki-Epe Expressway and knocked down a man, Giwa Suraj. The deceased was said to be a staff of a Lagos state’s hospital. A Magistrate court (court of first instance) had earlier given the appellant an option of N100,000 fine for the offence. The judgment of the magistrate was,however, set aside by the high court which replaced the option of fine with a jail term. Dissatisfied, Fiberesima had filed an appeal through her lawyer, Mr Nnaemeka Amaechina, urging the court to set aside the five-year sentence. New 'game of Thrones' season 6 Teaser poster

Recently , HBO series released a set of new posters for its sixth season in line with the Hall of Faces teaser trailer  released  Feb. 14. Everyone can now get a better look at whose faces were displayed in "The House of Black and White."  There are speculation that Jon Snow played by  Kit Harington may be alive and back in the new season.  Game of Thrones season 6 is set to be released on April and we can not wait to watch.

Sunday Oliseh resigns as Super Eagles coach

Sunday Oliseh,  Former Nigeria Super Eagerness Player and Nigeria Senior team coach has resigned. He was appointed seven months ago but lately had problems with NFF executives. He wrote on twitter that he resigned; due to Contract violations ,lack of Support,Unpaid wages,Benefits to my players,Asst.Coaches & myself, I resign as Super Eagles Chief Coach. He further thanked Nigerians for the opportunity to play and coach in Super Eagles. 

My experience in the UK as a Nigerian Pharmacist

As a young Nigerian Pharmacist and of course a university of Benin graduate, I thought I could 'waltz' into UK and practice pharmacy . Who would have thought that with my doctor of pharmacy degree, I still require to a one year conversion course to practice in the U K. Actually I was hoping to convert my six months  visit visa to work visa but I couldn't.  In order not to be idle,  I started searching for any Job especially the ones related to my field. Surprisingly I was not also qualified for a pharmacist assistant. Who would have thought? After about 1 week of job hunting,  luckily I got one......Pharmacist assistant at a pharmacy in Oxford.  I was happy and of course my employer seemed friendly.  Well, the company is family run and I was made aware of that on my first day. Chrissy Teigen reveals she chose baby's sex through Ivf

Chrissy,  wife of famous musician and artiste John Legend and an American model in an interview with  People  published Wednesday, explained why she chose to have a baby girl while undergoing IVF. "I've made this decision," Teigen told the mag. "Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, 'Let's put in the girl.'" She went on to explain why she's having a daughter. "I think I was most excited and allured by the fact that John would be the best father to a little girl. That excited me," she said. "It excited me to see … just the thought of seeing him with a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. I think he deserves that bond. A boy will come along. ...
